Terms of service

Last updated: October 2026. These terms are between you and the operator of SwiftSnapp (“we”). Contact: the contact address shown on the site.

Using SwiftSnapp

SwiftSnapp converts files between formats. You may use it only for lawful purposes and only with files you have the right to process. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

We may refuse a file, slow down or block an account, or remove access if these rules are broken or to protect the service.

Your files

You keep all rights to your files. You give us permission only to process them to produce the conversion you asked for. We delete them right after the conversion. Conversions may reduce quality (for example when making a smaller JPEG or MP3); keep your originals. We do not guarantee that every file can be converted.

Accounts

Keep your password and your two-factor codes safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been accessed without permission. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

Plans, limits and payment

Availability and warranty

We work to keep SwiftSnapp available but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose (or, for free use, to zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending these terms

You may stop using SwiftSnapp at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as liability) continue afterwards.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will tell signed-in users by email before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
